So once again, I have failed to set out what I had planned.
I caught a chest cold a few days after my previous post and it lasted the week. Then, Easter holidays.
Then the reality of my upcoming show suddenly hit me and all my commenced work needed to become completed works.
So that’s what I’ve been doing.
Although, the investigations and art making relating to my previous post have been in my head. They aren’t ready to go away.
In the last few weeks I’ve been spending much time in my studio painting works for a group show in Adelaide at Art Images Gallery. Colour Field.
We were given a direction. I ignored it and have continued to investigate with the ideas of memory and time. Using colour as my trigger.
Writing is consuming my time. So I’ll just post photos for now with a few words to guide anyone out there reading.
