Postage and handling of all sales is available throughout Australia and worldwide. All direct orders are delivered from Brisbane Australia.
How much will it cost?
There are a lot of factors to consider when shipping artwork. Size, framing, weight and destination vary greatly and for all Australian deliveries, these are calculated at the checkout. If you have any queries always feel free to email.
For international orders please contact Tiel for a quote. Also note that there are possible import fees and taxes to include within the costs of delivery.
How is the order delivered?
I use Australia Post or a specialised Art Courier to deliver your order. Each work is individually wrapped with great care. It is in my own interest and peace of mind to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.
Please note that you must provide the correct mailing address where you will be available to receive and sign for your order. If you are unable to receive the order on the delivery date, a depot pick up (Australia only) is sometimes possible. Happy to email details about this if you wish to discuss further.
I am able to provide an estimated delivery time but cannot be held responsible for work that is lost or delayed due to an incorrect mailing address.
Can I save on delivery costs and collect the order?
Yes. My studio is located in Kenmore about 12kms from the heart of Brisbane. I would love to meet you. Another alternative to collect the order from a secured location in Toowong during business hours.
How long will it take to receive the order?
If your order is being shipped via Australia Post, it will be despatched within 5 business days of purchase. All orders have a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.
Within Australia, specialised Art couriers work to a monthly schedule due to their nationwide delivery services. I will contact you with a delivery date, and the courier’s contact information. Delivery does not normally exceed 28 business days, however destination will impact on this timeframe.
Delivery time for international orders will vary, especially in peak postage periods like Christmas. I am able to provide an estimated delivery timeframe in an email. However I cannot guarantee that your work will arrive exactly as per the given timeframe.
Is there insurance with the Shipping Costs?
Yes, all works are insured and details can be emailed upon request.
My work has arrived damaged, what can I do?
I take the utmost care to wrap the works so that they don’t get damaged in transit. However, there is always a slight possibly that damage can occur. Framing is replaceable, original works are not. If your work arrives damaged, you must contact Tiel within 48 hours of receiving the order to discuss replacements or refunds where available.
The terms and conditions will vary depending on the shipping company’s policies and are available upon request.
If you decide that the artwork you have ordered is not as you expected, that’s OK if you change your mind. Art is not a fashion accessory and you’ve got to want this for a long time. However, the customer will be responsible to apply the following terms and conditions in order to receive a refund.
You must contact Tiel via email within 4 days of receiving the order to inform her of your decision of the return. The customer is responsible to return the order in perfect condition via the same company as per the delivery within 14 days. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the order has been returned, the customer will be refunded the costs of the artwork only, but not the shipping and banking fees incurred with the initial order transaction.
Please note that if you wish to return from an overseas destination, you must contact Tiel within 4 days of receiving your order and agree to the timeframe set out to the delivery company’s schedule.
